…and miles of smiles

I honestly don’t care for much else except that everyday you make me smile.
I know that there’s something worth living for and that there is something worth boasting about, and I will keep learning more and more about you and your work of Grace on the cross. I’m looking forward to summer, I’m actually [...]

Iscream

With the advent of spring and the warm sun coming, it’s time to talk about ice-cream! And my favourite off the shelf ice-cream is maggiebeer and her burnt fig, honeycomb and caramel(left, centre) followed by her elderflower and vanilla bean(not in picture) which is just wonderful with a short of butterscotch schnapps.Yum…

crinkle or slice

I don’t know if I prefer crinkle or slice potato chips, like how I don’t know know if my baby I meet on a saturday night is black or white heh.. I think it’ll be cool if pink elephants starting to randomly gobble people on the streets and inside their bellies will be ice-cream parlors [...]

yawn?

the funniest thing I saw today is this science article: Potentiation by serotonergic inhibition of yawning induced by dopamine receptor agonists in rats (Matsumoto etal., 1989). stolen seasons of time
How have I sailed from harbour,
to tumultous seas of love
And yet will I tide for all eternity
to find the lands of mirth and honey,
where once ashore will I see,
that twas my love awaiting for me.

some thoughts

I think the biggest difficulty in a partnership with a Christian and a non-Christian is that one seeks to place him/herself at  the centre of the universe while the other lives with God at the centre. And it’s really difficult for such a relationship to progress. Which is why other than having the similar psychological tuning [...]

enough is not enough

I can’t help but always go back to Genesis and remind myself that at the end of it all, we live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with the message that places man at the centre of the universe instead of God. We as a species place ourselves at the top of the [...]
